Brussels Sprouts Pancetta Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cup Brussels Sprouts sliced
- 4 oz pancetta
- 1/2 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh chopped chive for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
- Add Brussels Sprouts and pancetta into a baking sheet pan. Season with salt and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to combine and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese and cayenne pepper a garlic powder.
- Add the Brussels sprouts mixture into the bowl and combine well the creamy mixture. Pour it on a baking dish or cast iron pan. Cover it with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes until the melts.
