Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 lb Bella mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Add steak to the skillet and quickly spread with a tong.
