Roasted Vegetables

  • 1 head of cauliflower medium
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 bunch radishes, washed well
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder

Mint Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2" fresh ginger
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp water, if needed
