ricotta cheese

mozzarella cheese, shredded

parmesan cheese, shredded

grapes, halved
▢

olive oil

tsp
sea salt
▢
sprig of rosemary, leaves stripped
▢
pinch of chili flakes
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
▢
If baking in a cast iron skillet, place pan in the oven to heat.
▢
Add the three cheeses to a bowl and mix to thoroughly combine.
▢
Stretch out pizza dough to fit the cast iron skillet.
▢
Carefully remove the cast iron skillet from the oven. Grease the pan.
▢
Gently place the pizza dough into the hot skillet and drizzle with olive oil.
▢
Spread the cheese mixture all over the pizza dough.
▢
Top with halved grapes. Sprinkle on the rosemary, chili flakes, and sea salt.
▢
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
