brown sugar

chili powder

garlic powder
▢

cumin

tsp
dried oregano
▢

tsp
dried mustard

Instructions
▢
Mix together all of the spices for your dry rub.
▢
Remove the membrane from the back of your ribs. Pat them dry.
▢
Sprinkle the dry rub all over your ribs, making sure both sides are covered.
▢
Allow your ribs to sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes.
▢
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
▢
Wrap your ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet, meat side down.
▢
Bake your ribs for two hours, or until they are fall apart tender.
▢
Remove from the foil and place back on the baking sheet, meat side up. Brush both sides with barbecue sauce.
▢
Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sauce is set.
▢
Allow to cool for ten minutes before slicing.
