brown sugar

apple cider

fresh rosemary

handful of walnuts
Instructions
▢
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
▢
Cut the apples in half. Remove the core, and a little of the excess flesh to create a cavity.
▢
Heat a large oven safe skillet on medium heat.
▢
Add the butter and sugar and stir until the butter is melted and sugar is dissolved, 2-4 minutes.
▢
Place the apples face side down into the pan.
▢
Add the apple cider and a couple sprigs of rosemary.
▢
Allow the apples to cook for 5-10 minutes or until they are tender. Use a toothpick to test the texture.
▢
Remove the pan from the heat. Flip the apples cut side up.
▢
Fill the cavity of the apples with brie, fresh rosemary, and walnuts.
▢
Bake the apples for 5 minutes or until the brie is melted.
