Sweet and Savory Strawberry Focaccia

This easy focaccia combines store bought pizza dough with fresh strawberries and aromatics.

  • 1 baking pan


  • 1 lbs store bought pizza dough found in the bakery section
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey


  • Spread the pizza dough into an oiled baking pan, making sure the dough gets some of the oil.
  • Cover with a towel and allow the dough to sit at room temperature for 3 hours.
  • After three hours use your fingers to poke divots all over the dough.
  • Allow the dough to sit for 2 more hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Stretch the dough one more time.
  • Spread the strawberries, garlic, and rosemary all over the top of the focaccia.
  • Season with salt and pepper and drizzle on more olive oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • When still warm drizzle with honey.
