Sweet and Savory Strawberry Focaccia
This easy focaccia combines store bought pizza dough with fresh strawberries and aromatics.

store bought pizza dough
found in the bakery section

cups
strawberries, sliced
▢
1
garlic clove, thinly sliced
▢
1/2

salt
▢

black pepper
▢

olive oil
▢
fresh rosemary, chopped
▢
2
tbsp
honey
Instructions
▢
Spread the pizza dough into an oiled baking pan, making sure the dough gets some of the oil.
▢
Cover with a towel and allow the dough to sit at room temperature for 3 hours.
▢
After three hours use your fingers to poke divots all over the dough.
▢
Allow the dough to sit for 2 more hours.
▢
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
▢
Stretch the dough one more time.
▢
Spread the strawberries, garlic, and rosemary all over the top of the focaccia.
▢
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle on more olive oil.
▢
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
▢
When still warm drizzle with honey.
