Asparagus Spring Flatbread

This Asparagus Spring Flatbread is ready in 30 minutes with a creamy farmer's cheese base,fresh asparagus, and melty mozzarella. The easiest spring dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup LifewayFarmer’s Cheese Lifewaykefir
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Everything but bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp chili flakes
  • 6-8 asparagus washed and trimmed
  • 4 -6 oz mozzarella slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
  • Ina bowl combine Lifeway Farmer’s Cheese, garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs and seasoning.
  • Rollout the pizza dough.
  • Spread the cheese mixture onto the dough, leaving one inch around the dough.
  • Add asparagus and fresh mozzarella slices.
  • Drizzle olive oil all over the pizza and sprinkle “Everything but Bagel” seasoning onto it.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with more fresh parsley.
