Heat a skillet over low heat and add your butter. Allow it to melt.
▢
Add the miso paste and leeks. Let them cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally, about 15-20 minutes. Let cool.

Add the goat cheese, honey, sour cream, salt, pepper, and cayenne to a bowl and mix to combine.
▢
Add in the leeks and gently fold to combine.
▢
Garnish with fresh chives. Serve with your favorite dippers!
