Prepare your loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. You can grease the pan if you prefer.
Peel your apples and slice them as thin as possible. You can use a mandoline if desired.
In a bowl whisk together the eggs and sugar until slightly airy. Slowly whisk in the milk, flour, and butter. The batter should be thin like a crepe batter.
Fold in your apples and make sure they are all separated and thoroughly coated in the batter.
Pour the apple batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Add your almond flakes the last 10 minutes of baking so they can toast.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of hours.
