Baked Brie with Roasted Grapes

This easy and elegant appetizer combines red wine roasted grapes and creamy decadent baked brie.

  • parchment paper

Ingredients
 
 

Roasted Grapes

  • 1 lbs seedless red grapes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup red wine
  • black pepper to taste

Baked Brie

  • 1 brie wheel
  • handful of walnuts

Instructions
 

Roasted Grapes

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine all of the ingredients on a baking pan. Roast for 30 minutes. This step can be done ahead of time.

Baked Brie

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the brie wheel on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes. Allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
  • At the same time spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for several minutes or until they become fragrant.
  • To serve top brie with the roasted grapes and toasted walnuts. Serve with your favorite crackers or sliced baguette.
