Brussels Sprouts Pancetta Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Brussels Sprouts sliced
  • 4 oz pancetta
  • 1/2 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh chopped chive for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
  • Add Brussels Sprouts and pancetta into a baking sheet pan. Season with salt and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to combine and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese and cayenne pepper a garlic powder.
  • Add the Brussels sprouts mixture into the bowl and combine well the creamy mixture. Pour it on a baking dish or cast iron pan. Cover it with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes until the melts.
