This Easy Peach Crisp is everything you love about summer desserts, with juicy peaches, warm cinnamon, and a buttery crumb topping that’s golden and crisp! It’s easy to make and even easier to devour, especially with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water.
Stir gently until the peaches are evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crust mixture evenly over the peach filling.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbly.
Let the peach crisp cool slightly before serving. It’s delicious on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
