butter

onion sliced

of garlic minced

Bella mushrooms sliced

flour

beef broth
▢

cup
heavy cream

tbsp
Dijon mustard

sour cream

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
▢
Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.
▢
Add steak to the skillet and quickly spread with a tong.
▢
Cook the steak until brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
▢
Remove steak from the heat and set aside.
▢
Turn heat to medium high and add butter in the same skillet.
▢
Add onion and cook for 3 minutes until translucent.
▢
Add mushrooms and garlic and continue to sauté for another 5- 7 minutes.
▢
Sprinkle with flour and deglaze the skillet with beef broth.
▢
Add heavy cream, mustard, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
▢
Season with salt and black pepper.
▢
Let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
▢
Bring back the steak and let it simmer for another minute.
▢
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta, and sprinkle with fresh chives. Enjoy!
